5th & Mill is an urban re-use project 15,000 s.f. 3 story. Existing masonry walls remain for aesthetics and a steel braced frame with concrete over metal deck floors was inserted inside the exterior walls. The ground floor is comprised of retail and parking areas. The second floor is entirely office and the third floor is a residence.
