Chris is an ASU alum and is the founding principal of BDS Structural with 30 years of engineering experience. His involvement in the architectural community has given him an insight into the aesthetic, spatial, and many other requirements of a complete architectural design. He truly is a “creative engineer.” Chris has extensive experience in the design of post tensioned concrete (PT), both bonded and unbonded systems, elevated and at grade. He is an expert in PT and has designed many projects in the USA, India, UAE, Costa Rica and Qatar. With registrations in 26 states, he has projects all over the United States.
Cheryl Sosnowski

Cheryl Sosnowski is a fixture in the arts scene, and prides herself on her ability to connect to those with like minds and interests. With a 20-year background in corporate management, sales and marketing, Cheryl’s strengths include identifying, vetting, and developing mutually beneficial and sustainable relationships. Cheryl is a passionate advocate for the arts, natural spaces, historic preservation, entrepreneurialism and mentoring at-risk youth. She engages in a number of altruistic efforts throughout the valley, serving as a board, committee volunteer for a variety of Valley nonprofit organizations. She is a UCLA certified mindfulness trainer and has another business teaching art and mindfulness classes online. She is also an accomplished artist with her work published and sold in private collections.
